Prepare for the holiday season with those vegetable party appetizers. From walnut stuffed tomato, to warm pepper jam and eggplant pt, you may love these easy-to create recipes utilizing Mucci Farms produce. There are few things more perfect to me personally than simply aisle after simply aisle, bin after bin, and row after row of new make. They may be as common as the green peppers my father cultivates in his backyard or as rare as the tropics fruits we encounter while vacationing. Plain and simple, I love vegetables and fruits. That is the reason Im very excited to be heading into Anaheim for the Produce Marketing Associations New Summit later this week.

A week ago a dream box turned up in my doorway packed with Mucci Farms make from their Sapori Cocktail Tomato and Blended Flavors into Mini Eggplant, Bella Sweets mini sweet peppers and a hot selection of Hot Shots blended hot peppers. Once I obtained all this stunning, wonderful produce, first I’d to photograph it. Nothing seemed more suitable than a fresh party appetizers. Tis the season when we’re going to need some ideas up our sleeves to function into friends or take along into a party.

Look no further. A small dab added just enough heat into a cracker smeared with goat cheese or topped with an aged white cheddar. Next up, those Mini Aubergines were begging To be roasted so I paired them with the gorgeous red Rustico Sweet Long Peppers to create an eggplant pt. At the Top of the pt, a mixture of chopped Blended Flavors tomato and a little feta cheese. Baked until warm and bubbly, these small bites are seriously filled with flavor.
